Detection Principle

Add plasma or serum to the plate, which is coated by the recombinant Mycobacterium tuberculosis multi-epitope fusion antigen.

If there are tuberculosis antibodies in the sample, antigen-antibody specific conjugate will be formed.

Then add anti-human IgG enzyme-labeled antibody. 

After the enzyme substrate is colored, check the tuberculosis antibody according to the depth of the color.
